This half relief model is based on the Webster Memorial Theatre in Arbroath. The footprint of the building is 8" x 3.25", not including the paving which is included in the kit.
The building can be fitted in aloingside  High Street shops and may be used for various purposes. Extra signs included in the kit are bank, post office, museum, town hall, library, and court. The original building has three sets of double doors, but each may be changed for windows if desired.
