These Victorian terraces are inspired by houses in south east London. These three storey houses come with window bays and have a footprint approxiately 9.3" x 3.5".  Parapet walls protrude through the roof, being a precaution against the danger of fire spreading through the loftspace.
These features add great character but do require some careful cutting.
