The Hackney garage replaced nearby horse bus stables from 1911. After the second war it was rebuilt with a frontage in the classic LT style. It was responsible for several important bus routes until finally replaced by the new Ash Grove garage in 1981.
The half relief model measures approximately 22"x6" plus paving.
Current production has weathered concrete flat roofs, not black.
