There is general information about ordering below.  If your query is not answered there, please use this form if -

If you are having difficulty using the checkout for a UK order:

Please list the kits (& quantities) that you require using the kit codes and the scale. If there are kit options offered, please state which you require.


As an example -

I will send a Paypal invoice, payable by credit/debit card or Paypal account. All UK orders £25 & under are subject to a flat rate £3 postage charge.

UK orders over £25 are post free.

If you prefer, you may pay by cheque/postal order
(Cheques & postal orders MUST be made Payable to 'KINGSWAY MODELS') , sent with a list as above to the address below.

Orders are sent by a tracked service arranged online. The tracking link will only become live when the package enters the postal system, which may be the next working day, not Sundays or UK Bank Holidays.

If you are ordering from outside of the United Kingdom (UK):

Don't forget to say where you are!   Postage rates vary greatly according to destination.

Orders are sent using an international tracked service. 

Some example costs are shown below for a 500g package (typical for a couple of smaller kits or one large one). But this is only a rough guide - I will quote for the particular kits you specify.

I will send a no obligation Paypal invoice including postage, payable by credit/debit card or Paypal account. Once paid , the order will be prepared and posted, and tracking details supplied.

Note that it is possible that VAT and/or customs charges may be demanded when you receive the items. For Europe it appears that orders valued less than 45EUR (£40) MAY be exempt.
