Personal information that you provide, may include your title (Mr, Mrs); your name; billing and delivery addresses; telephone number; and email address. These may be held as a result of you making an order or enquiry. The information may be received by email, letter or by telephone.

Kingsway Models does not send any unsolicited emails at all. If you place an order, an acknowledgement will usually be sent to say when the item will be posted. This will be sent to the email address provided on the order - for orders paid by Paypal , this will be the email registered to the account.

Any email enquiries received are replied to as soon as possible. If you don't receive a reply, it is almost certainly due to the given email having been entered on the contact form wrongly!

No advertising emails or newsletters are ever sent by Kingsway Models, and your email address will not be disclosed to any other person or organisation except for Paypal, who process the payments whether made by Paypal account or credit / debit card.

A copy of your purchase history which includes the products you bought, the price you paid and when they were supplied may be kept.

Although payment details are taken when you place an order, these details are held by our payment processor - PayPal ,and cannot be accessed by Kingsway Models. We cannot process your payment details again to take any additional payment, but money can be refunded back to you.

Your data is used to enable your payment to be processed and to deliver your goods, and to make statistical analysis to improve how customers are served.

Your data is shared with PayPal) during the creation and payment of your order. The name and delivery address that you provide will be on the label of the package containing the items that you order. Please take care that your default Paypal email and delivery addresses are accurate.

If we are required by the law to fulfill the request we will supply the information free of charge. Before doing so we may request additional information and proof of your identity. If any of the data we hold is incorrect you can request it to be updated.
