1/76 scale pubs card building kits OO gauge

Scroll down this page for details of these kits

All kits on this page are to 1/76 scale OO gauge

Card kits of cinema & pub buildings in 1/76 scale suitable for use on OO gauge model railway layouts and in dioramas for model road vehicles.

The range includes names of cinema chains of the past - Odeon, Regal, Gaumont, Embassy, Kinema, Majestic, Dominion, Capitol and ABC - and a variety of stunning architecture designed to bring something exotic to the High Street. A choice of film posters is supplied with each kit.

Most of the cinema kits are half relief (they have no back)

The pubs kits are full relief (the model is complete all round). They include a choice of pub names.

The aim has been to provide distinctive buildings which reflect typical British townscapes of the mid to late twentieth century.

The kits are on stout card approximately 1.25mm thick. The parts need to be cut out with a knife and steel rule. Bostik All Purpose adhesive is recommended for assembly. Thinner card is used for some parts. Please note that some of the cinema models include curved parts formed from thinner card which can provide an opportunity for experienced kit builders to show off their skills!

Many of the kits include a length of paving. This can be matched using the PAV kits described on the Other Items page.

See HERE for what involved in assembling a kit.

All are to 1/76 scale and are based on real buildings.
